SMART Goals

As 2013 is slowly approaching, I am trying to set myself some SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time Framed) goals. What are some of your SMART goals?

    Here are mine...


    My goals/plan for 2013...
    1. Lose 15pounds by March 31.
    2. Enjoy Spring Break in the Caribbean.
    3. Lose 12pounds by June 31.
    4. See how I feel at 160 and decide if I want to maintain or go to 155(healthy BMI).

    I didn't have one before I saw this post - but I'll make one and do my best to stick with it becuase of you!! Thanks! Here is it:


    1. Regular logging of my calories - MFP!
    2. Lose 3 inches off my waist (from 34 to 31) by April 1st (4 months)
    3. Lose 15 lbs by March 15th (2.5 months)
    4. Run a 5K in under 30 min by March 15th
