How much coffee would you say it is bad for you?

ok I had one cup this morning and the another cup this afternoon then another one tonight

    That's not bad. I usually have two or three in the morning and two in the afternoon.

    I have 3-4 cups in the morning and sometimes one if I'm out and about. I was completely off of coffee until about 6 weeks ago and well..............


    I really like coffee.
