Considering a meal plan

I'm considering sticking to the same meal plan until I reach my goal. I don't do well when I have too many options and choices. I like structure and knowing what I will be eating at what time. Has anyone else had success doing this? Any suggestions on a meal plan I should follow? I'm down to my last 11 lbs. Thanks!

Check out the 17 day diet. It is 4 cycles of 17 days. the first cycle being restrictive of carbs, the cycles after that, introducing more foods in the complex carbs category and other meats than lean meats the first cycle lists. Lean meats and veggies are unlimited in the first cycle. So, you shouldn't ever be hungry.

But, basically, I use that plan and make myfoods in advance for 3 days to a week. When I don't do this, I don't eat healthy choices consistently.

You will probably lose your 11 pounds in the first 2 cycles, but maybe not since you are close to your goal weight. It is healthy eating...just per a plan.

For people who have a lot to lose, they do the first 3 cycles over and over until they hit their goal, and then go onto maintenance cycle (cycle 4).

Oh, and add in like 20 or so minutes of cardio a day on the plan. It comes with a 17 minute work out dvd as well...and a 17 minute cardio. but you could probably do your own.
  • Ok thanks! I will check that out for sure.
