43LBS down 20 or so to go w/ pic

I've been at this since July 23rd, 1 week before my 36th birthday. So far I'm down 43 lbs and have a about 20 or so lbs left to lose.
All I've done is 30 minutes of walking/biking 4 days a week and kept to a 1000 calorie deficit. Being a diabetic this has helped me so much.

I plan on doing the 30DS in Jan. and then trying for the C25k in Feb. to get myself in shape.

MFP and the stories here have been a huge help :) Thanks.
