work out videos

So as with many people, my schedule wont necessarily allow me to get to the gym everyday i want to. I have to have enough time to allow for the kids to come with me but still get to bed on time. So on days that cant be done i have a series of videos i would like to use, eventually will add them to a regular routine in addition to the gym. I am curious how to go about figuring out the calories i burn using them though?
