Turkey pork meatloaf

Just made this, was surprisingly tasty, since I hate turkey other than on Thanksgiving, and I don't really like meatloaf. Thank **** for the pork.

My version:

- no spinach, red pepper, wheat germ, or honey
- used oats instead of bread crumbs
- used a massive onion instead of the piddly half
- added 2 stalks celery
- subbed a low-cal tomato sauce for ketchup (hate ketchup too)

= 308 cals, 27 g protein, 19 g fat, 8 g carbs <- pretty sizeable portion

I made mine in a round pan, cut it into 1/8ths, it's like a straight-up meat pizza, highly portable.

    Also! ~1/4th of 1/8th makes a kick-*kitten* morning sausage sandwich with a poached egg!
