Hi all,

I am on a quest to lose weight and keep it off. I am in my third week of p90x and was told that this is a good site to track food and exercise. I lost a bunch of weight 5 years ago on the south beach but gained it and then some over the years. No more crazy diets for me. Just going to exercise and eat right. I look forward to getting to know some of you.

    Yep, looks like you're in the right mind set to make this work for you :) Life style changes certainly take time, but you're motivated and you can do it!
