New Rules of Lifting - For Women (Share Your Pics Pls?)

I've been hearing and reading a lot about The Book "New Rules of Lifting For Women" and my interest has definitely been piqued. I was wondering if any of you can share your experiences (and possibly pics) with this program.

I've just recently joined a gym with my friend and we are both interested in weight training. I'm thinking this would be a good way to get started? Also, did you include any cardio on your off days, if so, how much?
