Good for You Pancakes

I have seen these elsewhere on the forum, but I wanted to re-post. They are pretty good.

New simple recipe for everyone to try, GOOD FOR YOU PANCAKES.

1 Banana, Mashed
1 egg
2 Egg Yolks
1 Tbs Flax Seed Meal (optional, but it’s good for you, so why not)
2 Tbs Chocolate Chips (optional, but so delicious)

Mash up the banana, add the eggs and flax meal, mix well. Make like normal pancakes. Yields about 3 pancakes if you use a ¼C to drop them on the skillet. They are pretty sweet, so syrup isn’t necessary, just a little cinnamon.

The Numbers (w/ Flax Meal)
Calories– 246, Carbs – 28g, Protein – 17g, Fat – 7g.

    Have you tried Dr. Oz's Cinnamon Toasted Pancakes. Very Good-my non dieting daughters asked for them 2 days in a row.

    Lucerne - Egg, Large , 2 large egg (50g) 140 2 9 12
    Mccormick's - Pure Vanilla Extract, 3 tsp. (5mL) 36 3 0 0
    Bob's Red Mill - Almond Meal/Flour- Net Carb (3), 1/2 cup 320 6 28 12
    Hodgson Mill - Milled Flax Seed, 2.6 Tbsp (13g) 78 5 7 4
    Splenda - Splenda Granulated Sweetener - Large Bag, 9 tsp 0 9 0 0
    Calumet - Baking Powder, 1 tsp 0 0 0 0
    Add Ingredient
    Total: 574 25 44 28
    Per Serving: 144 6 11 7

    This is kind of hard to read but I don't know how to get it to make columns.
