Quick at home exercises

I am a new mom and have given up my gym membership. I still want to work out, but would rather do it at home now. Unfortunately, its extremely cold outside now so I have to do everything inside my home. I would really appreciate any ideas for quick indoor cardio ideas that I can do in small spurts (they can include strength training too). Thanks!

    Since September , I do indoor 's workout, with Leslie Sansone Dvds
  • I recommend Zumba. I love this workout and it works all body parts together. The music is great and it is easy to do. Make sure you do the beginner Dvd's first it can get intense pretty darn fast.
  • Any ones that aren't videos? I'd like to come up with some 2-5 min cardio spurts.
