family meals??

ok so i am continueing to lose inches etc at a plateau currently and i am thinking that my daughter and my roomie who i cook meals for arent eating extremely healthy. so i was hopeing some people on here could give me some good family meals that i can eat but they can too without anyone getting shafted. no one is really picky other then no fish no one in my house likes or will eat it. i appreicate any ideas or website etc... thanks ^_^ fabulous monday to all!

    What are you eating? Can't you just prepare enough of what you are making yourself for them to eat? I primarily cook for my family of 2 adults and 2 children and other than when the hubby and I want something really spicy, we all eat the same thing. We eat a lot of soups, casseroles, stir fries, curries, all kinds of stuff. The only kind of food we really don't eat is deep fried foods.

    What do you mean by someone getting "shafted"? What is it that they do not include in their meals that you want, and vice versa?
  • I am eating lots of veggies and protein etc. which take lots of time which i barely have. i would make more for them but its $60 a week just for me if i even double we dont have the money for the meals. i on average eat 4 times a day and have no issues with what i am eating nor do i desire anything extra or different for me. my concern is they dont get enough proper foods cuz they eat more pizza, mac n cheese, spaghetti, things that are quick and dont take a lot of prep. i always try to pair with a veggie or fruit. im just concerned that the nutrients might be lacking
