Hi , just wondering how MFP determines calories burnt through exercise?. Other sites seem to give a far lower estamate of calories burnt and with so many members claiming to only feel comfortable when eating back approx half of what MFP gives back I wondered if anyone from MFP would like to clarify the situation . I would'nt be posting this if my weight was still dropping however I have stalled for about a month now. My daily swim of 75 mins gives me approx 1600 calories and I eat back about 400 of these because I just feel 1600 is too many although I do put a lot effort into my swim and deduct any time for breaks. Since joining seven months ago I have lost approx 56 lbs .!!
