Significant Others and Their Jobs

My husband is in the oilfield and with that comes very long hours and time away. He recently got transferred to a different state which means it is now moving time. The bad thing about that is he barely has time off to help with packing. It gets very stressful trying to make sure the house gets packed up plus working. But the good thing is he is allowed a weekend off to move stuff but with that being said he won't be able to have Christmas and maybe even New Years off. Are there anyone else out there going through a long travel move right before the holidays or is there anyone who just might not be able to spend the holidays with the one they love?
