Having troubles adding diet/exercise to my lifestyle

Here is a little about me:
* I have three kids under 2 years old. (only two of them are mine)
* My special needs sister is also in our care.
* I work full-time (M-F 6-2)
* My husband works nights (M-TH 2-2)
* I go to school full-time (part online part in person)
* I am an emotional and mindless eater
* My son (6 months old) does not sleep through the night yet
The only achievement that I have conquered so far is to stop drinking pop. I used to drink (easily) a two-liter a day. It has been six months, and I dont even crave it anymore. Now, I just need to figure out how to find the energy, time, and discipline into my life. I am so tired ALL the time, and I know in my mind that I will feel energized if I just work out, but I can't seem to force myself to do it. I was doing the 30 DS, but everytime I would start, one of the kids needed my immediate attention. I try to do it when they are in a nap, but most of the time their naps do not correlate with each other.
Surely, I can't be the ONLY one who has this problem, right? Does anyone have any tips?

Deep breath!
Here are some ideas. Substitute your drinks with water as much as you can handle. Secondly, you are getting more exercise then you think just by caring for those babies. If weather permits, put them in a stroller and walk, and walk, and walk. Babies love the outdoors. When all my babies were young and the stroller wasn't an option, I used a huge wagon. The pulling of the wagon, added to my walking gave me a work out.
I probably gained twenty pounds by eating during the night when my babies would wake up! Refuse to eat after 8 at night. Never nibble when up taking care of kids at night.
I will keep thinking also...0
