I Like Big Butts...and I can not lie

So...
How do you make your booty grow? What exercises can I do, other than squats and deadlifts that will help me achieve a nice firm behind?
Any workout tips would be greatly appreciated.

    Bulgarian split squats. You can add dumbbells for extra resistance. Every time I do these my bum is sore the next couple of days.

    Straight-leg deadlifts help with developing the 'glutteal fold', which will make your butt higher and rounder.

    My butt is now one of my fave features from elliptical, stairmaster, hack squats, leg press and leg curls

    To increase the muscle mass you will have to eat at a calorie surplus (once newbie and overweight gains are over) as well as strength train.

    Like a previous poster said, Bulgarian split squats, hands freaking down. The heavier the dumbbells, the better the booty.


    I did this *constantly* years ago. I also did regular back squats, and front squats, but I easily saw the best results from the split squats.

    This is funny. Once I was in a club in Texas and this guy said, "Girl I love my mama's red beans and rice and you look like you eat my mama's red beans and rice," It took me a minute to realize that was a compliment

    Bulgarian split squats are awesome, do them with heavy weights and get your one knee right down to the floor as low as you can go, the slower the better. Not the easiest move- but you can feel the burn right away. Also, sprints on the treadmill- 30 seconds on/ 30 secs off for 30 minutes.. I usually stick around 9mph. Also weighted glute bridges and fire hydrant/ kick-backs,

    I asked this question not too long ago. Here were some answers I got:

    -running (no thanks)
    -squats, lunges, deadlifts
    -Butt Bible workout DVD
    -Brazil Butt Lift workout DVD

    I got my copy of the Butt Bible, and after Christmas I plan to buy heavier weights (currently only have 3-lb dumbbells to use with 30 Day Shred) so I can do weighted squats and such.

    It's supposedly quite difficult to grow a nice big bum but if you work it out it will lift and take a much nicer shape.

    If you find something that works let me know! :laugh:

    Romanian Deadlifts, Good Mornings, Walking Lunges with a long and deep stride (knee touches the ground), Glute Ham Raises, Back Hyperextensions, Glute Bridges / Hip Thrusters, use the Stairmaster/Stairmill for cardio instead of the regular treadmill.

    Pretty much everything you've listed above is what i'm getting as well, along with eating more to make it grow
