Does anyone else do this? I always find that I'm most motivated to lose weight before I see my doctor in December.

I actually going to see my Doctor in a few hours. I guess since they always weigh you and record it, it gives you a motive to see a lower number on the scale next time you go in.. Compared to the previous charts..0

Yes!! I do this to, actually I think my doctor is who kickstarted this weight loss for me. He had been on me about weight and I took his challenge to lose 12 lbs in 6 weeks when I came back for a blood pressure issue. I was determined to do it and when I went back on 11/26/2012 I had lost 13 lbs instead of 12 . It felt good to have him and his nurse so proud of me. Then I actually went to see him again today for this horrible sinus infection and as soon as he walked in he said I was down 4 more pounds and good job, and he was proud. So it defenitly motivates me to keep it going down so he will be proud.0
