Light Headed during 30DS

I posted this on a group thread for 30DS but found I might have better luck getting responses here....
So, I had to stop 3 days before completing level 2 because my injury flared up, so I'm restarting at Level 1 again. Today is day two.
What I'm wondering though is, does anyone else get light headed... I always get light headed when I do the chest flies and go to the lateral raises for some reason? Without failure...every single time. I noticed this the first time I did it too? Should I be concerned? It doesn't happen any her time during the work out. Only when I go from chest flies to the laterals...both times in the work out. Does this happen to anyone else?

I do too ! same exact timing !! I just keep my eyes closed and conetrate on breathing while switching. considering you know whats coming up, theres no need to really watch the screen for it!0

Lol true.
I'm confused as to why it happens.
Maybe it's because my heart rate is starting to come down?0 -
Old thread but I searched 30DS and saw this. I also get light headed after chest flies and situps, once I stand up. I think having a concussion last March didn't help because I was told I have some extra fluid in my brain (doesn't harm me otherwise). And the situps hurt my neck and add to the light headedness. Even though I KNOW I'm not supposed to be using my neck muscles, sometimes it's hard not to when trying to push through those last few situps, especially the bicycle ones.0

That's also a sign of high blood pressure. Maybe you should get that checked out? When I had mine checked, my doctor would make me stand up and sit down real quick.0
