226 to 147 Female, pics :)

Hey Everyone, I am Alex, I started this site in January of 2011. I initially lost my first 50lbs by June, I am 5'5, I started at 226 to now 147 :) I exercise usually 4 days a week doing cardio and strength. I love spin class, elipticals, AMT, jogging, biking, really anything that gets my heart rate up, I usually do about 45 min to an hour of cardio. I always stick to my calories and try and eat as healthy as possible.I have fallen off the band wagon a few times but the most important thing is picking myself back up! Hopefully I can inspire some people! :) Before I had my daughter I was 180, I gained 65 lbs, then a few months after I had her I got down to 195, I fell off then got up to 220 six months later. Finally I had enough of the Spanx and sweatshirts and was ready to feel pretty, sexy, and active again. No more sweatpants and black! I started at a size 18 Jean, 16 dress, xl shirt, 38 DD, Now I am a Size 8 jeans, medium or small shirt, size 6 dress, and 34 C. Good Luck Everyone!! If I can do it so can you! :)
