First "mini-goal" met!

Options
I had been in Weight Watchers some time ago, and had had great success by not looking at the big picture, but rather shooting for smaller goals. Their suggestion was to shoot for 10% of the total poundage to be lost.

Well, as of today, I have lost 10 lbs. and am on my way!

Now, I know weight will fluctuate, I am a realist... but this just gives me all the more inspiration to keep going!

Good for you. Mini goals are good too. I have them set also. It doesn't make the long term goal seem so far.
