    My teenage daughter and her friends use this acronym: TBH (To Be Honest).

    Well TBH, in the before pictures I could not tell if you were a young man or woman. You have released your body from its heavy shackles and you have released your femininity. You should be very proud of yourself. You look marvelous and, even more important, you look happy.
