Hey all im new on here so nice to meet you all im Male 35 and recovering from a snapped acl thats been repaired, So ive put a few pounds on waiting for the op.....But now im back in the game training hard and aggresive for 3 hours 5 days a week. Ive lost four pounds already in 5 days and put plenty of mass on so im real happy I can literally see my stomach burning away, if anybody wants to add me feel free.
