exercise w/ injury

i am stressing out completly. Me being an idiot and not paying attention hurt myself on the treadmill last night. I didnt get to exercise last night, and wont get to today because of pain. i hate missing workouts

  • Taking a day off could be a good thing, just stay within your calories, and you'll be fine...Best to you, Rick

    I hurt myself Monday, and didn't really realize it until after Tuesday's work out. So I took Wednesday off to recoup, Iced it a couple of times. It is still a bit sore, but I think I can ease back into my regiment. Stressing will make it worse. Just take this as a sign that your body wants you to take a day off. :-)
  • I hate that too!! Or when I have a headache or otherwise feel too crummy to work out. :[ Makes me so sad! And I alwayyyys find it so hard to stay w/in my calories when I can't exercise! Its like I'm sad because I can't work out so I eat more. Completely counter-intuitive. Haha.
