All of the frozen vegetables and fruits are amazing. Buy chopped spinach and some to all your pasta, rice sides and practically anything. Frozen berries are great in plain yogurt or cottage cheese. For a sweet treat, there are dark chocolate potato chip shaped heavenly treats (with a 12 piece serving size). Some of the frozen dinners are delicious with a decent amount being low cal. The frozen turkey burgers and grass fed (frozen) beef are excellent.

Turkey meatballs, bagged kale that is prewashed and cut, cilantro and chive greek yogurt dip, their jarred bruschetta which is FAB on turkey burgers, yogurt based Greek tzatzki, and the chicken gyoza (I make a soup with these with reduced sodium chicken base, a package of bok choy, celery, and onions) are pantry staples here.

Side note: I miss Peppermint Joe Joe's desperately. ;) lol.

Everything, just everything! Their pasta sauces (various tomato based) are the only sauces I can use straight out of the jar. Each one is better than the next!

    Enjoy!

Yogurt covered almonds, potstickers, best price on tofu around, and best price on Dr. Bronner's peppermint soap. Their trail mix is good too.

tj's coconut oil + shrimp stir fry vegetables.
25g of protein in about 300 calories total, and super filling.
    TONS of veggies.
    Great snack.

the kale spinach dip is RIDICULOUSLY good. I know it sounds AWFUL, I was so skeptical, but its DELICIOUS and its like 35 calories for two tablespoons. That way I can eat the whole tub. >_>

They just opened a Trader Joe's here & I am a HUGE convert and fan. Here are some of our favorites:

Olive oil & sea salt popcorn
Roasted red pepper & tomato soup (so yummy)
Frozen fruit (which I put in plain greek yogurt) -- love the berry blends, pineapple tidbits & mango chunks
    Frosted mini-gingerbread cookies aren't bad
    Green tea mints (totally addicting)
    Chile lime turkey burgers
Green olive tapenade -- delicious over fish
Guilt free popcorn (or something like that; it's in a purple bag)
    Cat gingerbread cookies
Roasted red pepper & eggplant spread (again very good on fish)

I try something new every time I go & I haven't been disappointed.

    And, the prices are reasonable!

I love their Jalapeno pepper sauce.
It's not super hot, and it's got a great flavor. I use it on all sorts of stuff -- with eggs, on sandwiches, with breaded chicken, fries -- basically as a ketchup substitute. I just wish they sold it in a bigger bottle so I could save money

OKAY.... LISTEN UP... there is this WAY COOL feature on MFP called "SEARCH". You might want to click it and try it.

This topic keeps coming up. The sad part about folks who just post it as a new topic is they miss all the suggestions that came before... and the folks who posted before may miss out in new suggestions they might want to see... so BEFORE you post a topic... try SEARCHING to see if it's already out there... like this one is... see for example BOTH these two times it was done before.... just sayin'.

You may not know this, but stores rotate their stock, especially Trader Joe's. This means that what was available say, 10 mos. ago, probably isn't available now. I know it's a difficult concept for some to grasp, but there ya go! ;)
