After a long plateau, about 5 weeks now, I finally got the scale to move.
I lost 3.5 lbs. this week. :drinker:

stick to it everyone...even through the rough stuff. I have to admit I was bold for 1.5 wks then couldn't buckle down again. I was going through a really rough time...very stressful..... VERY DISCOURAGING BUT I AM BACK!!!
There is no stopping me now.

    Ladyjh-thanks for your post and congrats! I have been at a plateau now too for about five weeks and have been getting so frustrated and just ready to throw in the towel. But you've inspired me to keep on going! Thanks! :smile:
