NSV: Newbie to 410lbs in 10 weeks

On October 5th, I met my trainer and ventured over to the weight training side of the gym for the first time. I almost threw up the first time we did squats! Approximately 10 weeks later, this morning, I lifted 410lbs of weight (4x45 + 25 on each side) on the incline leg press machine for 2 sets of 10 reps, with a smile. I am 5'2.5" and currently weigh 168lbs. It felt so awesome!!!
