Pumpkin butter makes good "jelly"

What do you use it for besides the obvious, "I eat it".

    I have 2 jars of trader joes pumpkin butter. add it to oatmeal, put it on a english muffin those 2 are my favorites. maybe glaze it on a piece of meat?

    add a tablespoon or so to some cottage cheese.
