Squats and HIIT - What keeps me going....

Tonight I was squatting with a 40 pound dumbbell (not ideal, maybe, but I'm working with what I have at my gym) and my stomach was burning. Later, I did 15 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill and it was burning like crazy. Probably just my abs.

But what I PREFER to imagine is that my fat cells are LITERALLY BURNING and on FIRE while screaming "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO "

Get lost, fat. :drinker:

  • Haha BOOM! Burn that fat away! Pull your belly button in and keep your abs tight to tone more!

So what you're saying is....my fat cells aren't really screaming? This makes me sad. Like telling me Santa Claus isn't real, or something.

Take your science elsewhere, sir! :flowerforyou:
