At home bodyweight exercises/routines

I was just wondering if anyone had any bodyweight exercises nd or routines that could be done at home
The workouts could be specific for specific body parts, back,shoulders,arms,legs, etc. also full body too
Any nd all suggestions are welcomed please thanks people!

Hey!!I agree with your post and wanna say that exercise helps much in the weight loss program
and keep you fit and healthy one and also in shape.Exercise is always helpful to lose weight .
So I think there are so many exercises available that can be done for lose weight like, Yoga, Swimming .0 -

Off to nerd myself out...it says to do them every second day? Would ye concur?
I've been training 5/6 days and took an unexpected 3 days off and went back to bingeing on ****e food and messing about not drinking water and whatever (kicks self in *kitten*)...
So,...if every other day, what do you suggest on off days? Want/need one rest day every 6/7 days.
I have a Davina McCall CD and TurboJam, too, yuck but the gym has no classes and I'm not a cardio head...don't have a weights programme yet from the PT and I don't want to *kitten* around and go to the gym and do bits and pieces so any suggestions welcome!0
