How is it possible to eat well exercise and weigh the exact same as I did 2 weeks ago?? I'm Uber frustrated!!! 6 weeks and counting down to the wedding. The first 15 came off easy.. now I'm stuck, and have about 40 lbs to go till goal weight.

2 weeks is not a long time and you will likely not make it to your goal in 6 weeks. And that's okay! Weight loss is about the big picture. If you are eating at deficit, you will lose weight. It could be 5 pounds in one shot or it could be a half of a pound a week for a few weeks. How do you feel? That's what matters right now.0

its happened with me too, the first 10 pounds come off easy, then it just wont move...its kinda about how bad do you want it? just keep on going!0
