Hi, been around here for a little bit just doing a bit of reading and whatnot, but not really talking to anyone. So hear I am trying to talk to people. It has also become apparent that I dont know what I want or should do.
I am currently 6'0 226 and my goal weight is 185 but that will probably change when I get more information. Im not attached to any particular number just want to look and feel good. Being unemployed I have as much as I need or dont need to exercise. I have been overdoing it with the exercise and underdoing it with the eating. No idea where I should be at with cardio vs weights.
My TDEE was 3004 so minus 20%? I should be eating 2403 cals per day? Seem right
See this is why I need you guys fairly clueless on my own
