you need protein in your diet.... plus you will probably get bored of the same thing for breakfast and dinner every day.0

Eat less than what you burn

Are you a total vegan? Because you do need protein. If you are okay with eating eggs or milk, I'd add them into your diet. If not, beans and nuts are good alternatives. There are lots of soy options for incorporating more protein into your diet--if not tofu, then soy milk or soy cheese is available. Especially if you want to add muscle mass.0

You aren't really giving very useful information from a weight loss perspective.
"Breakfast food is usually made of wheat flour."
So like, a slice of wheat bread? A stack of wheat pancakes? A whole wheat muffin? There's a huge number of things that can be made with wheat flour and they can have anywhere from 100 calories to 1500 calories depending on what they are and what your portion size is.
What is you height? I see from your profile that you're a man, so unless you're pretty short it sounds like you may be trying to get down to an unhealthy weight. Google tells me that 64kg is 141 pounds. If you're over about 5'6" (about 1.7 meters) you maybe don't need to get down that low. Maybe you want to think more about body re-composition than actual weight loss. Lose a bit of fat, put on a little muscle, come out around the same weight but looking trimmer and leaner.
As others have pointed out, you probably need more protein. There are tons of vegetarian protein sources out there, so you may be getting enough, but it doesn't sound like it from your description of your diet. Are you eating eggs and dairy? Tofu or soy products? Nuts? Rice has a little protein, as do leafy green veggies, but if you're going to be exercising at all you probably need more.0
