So I started at 274lb.. For a whole year i did 1500 cal a day and light exercising(bowling 1-3 hour per day (20games)). I went down to 237. Then i started hanging out with a friend and we ate late and bad so i went back up to 245-248. I stayed here for about 8 months no calorie counting or exercising or eating healthy.
2 Weeks Ago i started eating 1500 cal a day. Started at 245. This week i am 241. I lost a few lbs, But im worried that i am eating far too little for my body to keep losing weight and will hit a plateau.
I also Started doing insanity workout (12/13/12)
I have been reading about how you need to eat what you burn when exercising. My brain was always telling me, eat 1500 cal a day you will lose 2lb a week, NOW that you do insanity you should lose more, since you burn off cal. Silly brain!
Im really afraid that i have hit a plateau already.

Thank you for all advice

MFP calculators are not always right for everybody. Try the following links to discover your personal BMR and TDEE to see how many calories you should be eating.

There is plenty of information on this link.
There is also a spreadsheet which should help you too:
