Why don't we all make happy charts??
We can get a big poster board or whatever you want to use and write "Happy Chart at the top" Every pound you lose, add it to the sheet. And it's a reminder on how great you're doing and showing you that you are a step closer!

    That sounds like a good idea, although myfitnesspal keeps you on track, it would be great to have a visual right in front of you.

    I keep a big note on my fridge that says how much I have lost to date in big, black permanent marker as a reminder :)
