Ola!!

Hey!

I'm a 27 y/o female looking to lose 10kg roughly. I wouldn't say I'm fat, but I do have too many areas that are covered in thick layers of fat, especially near my abdomen, which is REALLY dangerous. I would love to have that lean celebrity look, but I'm an epicure and relish the finer things in life including good, rich food!

I find that although I do add lots of spices to my food, healthy food can lack that substantial feeling when you eat rich foods. Also, I'm dairy intolerant, so I can't have anything with dairy which makes food quite bland.

Does anyone have such an issue?
