Challenge of the day! SQUATS!

Doesn't matter how you do them or when (1 every 3 minutes or 100 2x) but try and complete 200 squats total today (I'm doing sets of 30 every 30-45 min)

Be sure to brag about how many you've done through the day and lets support each other!
