Ugh!

I had a wonderful weekend with my BFF who I hadn't seen in over a year because she lives in Florida. I took Thursday, Friday, and Monday off work to spend with her. But my normal routine and eating habits took quite a hit. I don't think I ate one meal at home the entire long weekend. Plus it was her birthday on Friday so there was wine and cake. Needless to say, when I stepped on the scales this morning it showed a gain. Please don't misunderstand, I'm not making excuses. I fully own that I was off my game. I only share this with you for the sake of transparency and accountability. I'm back on track this morning. I do, however, count it as a small victory that I didn't go absolutely buck wild (well, I suppose I did go buck wild by MFP standards, but not buck wild like I would have 6 months ago!) I was somewhat mindful of keeping the damage to a minimum.
So anyway, I asking you all for support and to keep my feet to the fire. Thanks!

You can do it, and you know it!! Old habits die hard, but you've already taken a step of being more mindful of what you eat! As long as you get back to it and don't just say "well, did badly for a couple days, so I might as well stop", you're fine
JUST KEEP GOING!!0
