Hi all!
I've just been friended by a few random users and realized how motivating it can be! I especially enjoy looking at others' food diaries and getting ideas on meals as well as seeing how others eat/track activity.
I'm 5'7", 190lbs, looking to lose 40lbs by May/June. I eat 1500 total cals, do not eat back my exercise cals (unless I feel hungry) and attend boot camp classes 3-5 x a week. I try to eat extremely clean, and allow myself one cheat meal/dessert a week.
I'm hoping to find people who are also doing similar things to 'follow'. Please add me if you'd like!
