Need of Motivation!

Happy Holidays!!

I am new to My Fitness Pal! I have been working quite hard ( till November when life got insane) and got myself down into a size 16 from a size 20, was running a 5 km straight in 40 minutes and was benching almost 100 lbs and squating over 100lbs. I had a trainer do up a meal program and work out program for me which I found easy and loved.

Where did I go wrong? I travelled for a week for work.. I have been on the go daily in and out on and on. I just havent been able to keep at the plan or the working out.

I am quite frustrated and need some help with motivation! I need some cheerleaders I think!

I'm a professional working wife and mom of 4 year old twins and generally love life! I bought my very first EVER size 14 dress for a wedding on Saturday! I want to be a size 10.. so I have some work to do but I have gotten a ways!

  • Congrats on everything you've accomplished thus far!

    It doesn't sound like you've done anything wrong... it's just a crazy time of year and I'm willing to bet that your schedule is full :smile: Keep tracking and moving forward ~ leave the past in the past.
