So I had a dinner at my Dad's on sunday for the the holidays. Both of my brother's wife/ex's were there and they both asked if I was working out or something. They said I looked buff (or at least trim and toned.) I didn't think much of it then they had me stand next to my twin brother. Needless to say there was quite a difference! Its amazing!
