i guess there are scales that measure your body fat.

if there's another way, PLEASE LET ME KNOW, cause I don't have one of those fancy scales. :P

Actually. I don't have a scale to begin with. LOL.

you might be able to find something online that you put your measurements in. I think I've done that, I just don't remember where it was. google body fat % or something like that and you should find something

This is the site I use. I take the 3 different Jackson/Pollock ones and average it out...pretty close. Has links on how to measure properly for male and female. Just don't measure at the end of the day when you're bloated and lots of water weight.

Not necessarily accurate but a good tool for tracking change.

    get a bod pod test

about $40 and supposed to be more accurate than most methods

    google bodpod for locations

most universities have them and some high end fitness centers

What Dave said. Also, they have impedance scales, that use a mild electrical current to tell you your percentage of body fat, with a margin of error of about 4 percent. From what I understand, those scales are popping up in more and more places -- gyms, doctors' offices, etc.
You might want to stop in to the local Gold's Gym and see if they have one you can jump on.

Actually, I just read on Medicinenet.com that you can buy these scales for between $50 and $100. But, again, they warn that the scales are not necessarily accurate. You have to follow the instructions very carefully, and even then . . . . But, having one can be great for tracking changes.
