Weight Loss Hypnosis?

Just wondering if anyone has tried this and had any success? My mom has the Romane weight loss hypnosis video's I was thinking of trying it. Anyone have any ideas on this?

Can't hurt to try it. I am a big supporter of well being through hypnosis. Hypnosis gives us the power of pain free birth (my DD is a product of the system), so why not weight loss?0
