A Co-worker brought in an entire tray of home made cookies. I had to pass by them all day, but I said NO. Of course, they will still be here tomorrow (less of them, thank goodness!), but just for today, I consider this a NSV for me!

You go girl! I'm on vacation with my whole family and being southerners they cooked a big country breakfast this AM. I too said no to bacon, biscuits and gravy, and fried apples :)

I did that yesterday, walked toward the vending machine, and instead went to my purse and pulled out my baggie of almonds! Yay me!

To cookies. God, I miss the taste of cookies some times, but I don't miss the weight or the misery!

    but WHY?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!??!?!

there's always room for bacon... sweet sweet meat candy

you can fry it, you can grill it, you put it on bread, get some eggs going (I hate sausages so no), get some toast...or just have it on its own...in a salad...the options are endless!

I always have bacon with my eggs, why not, it's protein and is DELICIOUS!

I can have 4 rashers of bacon in on sitting, and I have 3 meals a day so that would 12 rashers of bacon in my "head world" so I have to say no before I go out of control and need to be hospitalised
