Hey there folks! As we know its closing in to Christmas time, and today I was at the mall shopping. Since I didnt eat before I left, I started to get hungry. Instead of eating KFC, chinese, or New York Fries - I decided to get a protein booster juice called "bananas-a-whey". I read that it is narutal fruits and yogurts used in the shakes. At 410 calories, 52 grams of sugar and about 60 carbs I think.... a little high - but I take that its from the fruit and the banana in the shake.
Just a quick question on your opinions out there about the booster juice products, and if it is a healthy alternative - and safe for someone loosing weight - not to sabotage the diet.

I'm going to assume this is like Jamba Juice which we have where I live. I think occasionally it is fine, I'd rather eat my calories than drink them but in a pinch like you were today it is probably a fine alternative. Sugar is a bit high, but since you're not having one every day I wouldn't worry.0
