Mix a tin of tuna with one egg white, chopped celery, green onion and add enough breadcrumbs to hold together. Make a couple patties. Fry in non-stick pan sprayed with Pam. Serve with salad or over 1/2 a burger bun with a dill pickle. Make several and freeze. Nuke for lunch. Hope you like them.

Bump as well! That sounds delicious!

Tuna mixed with avocado is definitely a tasty alternative to mayo. Healthier fats than mayo and at 50 cal. per oz. acceptable if you are watching your calories.

sounds ace might substitute oats for the breadcrumbs though - I always do when i make burgers... :-)

tuna tacos, tuna w/fresh lime juice + pepper on saltine crackers, tuna with light honey mustard (definitely if you're craving something sweet.. soo good), tuna casserole (noodles, cream o' mushroom soup, peas, tuna, a splash of milk, seasonings like pepper/paprika/parsley - super easy and quick, makes for lots of leftovers to take to work), tuna quesadilla (cheese, tuna, tortilla, salsa)

Buy a can of tuna in oil (not water). Chop up tomato and onion and mix it together. Add salt and pepper and make an open faced sandwich- low calorie and so delicious!

One can of salt-free tuna in water (Trader joe's is good)
    1/2 an avocado
    1 tsp of olive oil
dash of black pepper and some no salt and a little but of paprika.
I like to eat it over brown rice or with an poached/over easy egg.
    It is heaven. :)
