I get dizzy/lightheaded when I work out.

    I would say go to the doc and get assessed. Get your BP checked, and maybe a 24 hour holter monitor while your exercising would be good too. It could be a number of things!

    Always consult a DR about these kind of things...better to be checked out than not.
