Kickboxing - LOVIN' IT!

So for some reason the past few weeks have not gone so well for me. I've been super busy (my fault cause I can't seem to say NO to people). I have been kinda down on myself, feeling overwhelmed, under appreciated and just BLAH!

Today I decided to start over! I've lost 10 lbs over the past month and should feel ellated! Today I did a kickboxing class (I love kickboxing) and burned 1000 calories. Now if that isn't motivation I don't know what it! I feel great today!

Tomorrow... new day... new me!
