how many calories do you burn per day?

my stats:
calories burned on average: 2400 (on days that i exercise...on days i don't exercise, more like 2100).
height: 5'10
weight: 140
gender: female
activity level: pretty active...~45 minutes of cardio 3-4 days and 2 hour-long weight training sessions
device: body media fit
