Soup Based Noodles

I travel to Asia a fair bit, so noodles (soup based) tend to figure in my daily intake. Whilst i appreciate they are not the most calorie efficient products to eat, they are always factored into my diary allowance.
My question is, if prepared as directed, using *ml of water, does the total calorie count for any given noodle soup dish include consumption of the soup as well? I ask, as i often have the soup left over, which i discard, or if the soup can be reused in another dish, I save it

Would probably depend on the soup and how the dish was entered. If it's just a broth, it's not going to be much of a factor either way. Store bought chicken broth for example is generally only 10 calories per cup.0

Thanks for your reply. I'll probably still throw it away, maybe0
