Logging "Weight Loss" Yoga

I just borrowed my first yoga DVD (Jillian Michaels) and did the 30 minute level one workout. When I search for yoga in the data base, it only gives me 94 calories for 30 minutes. Does this seem right? I worked up a decent sweat and I know my heart rate was up. I burn more than 94 calories walking for 30 minutes.
I'm hoping to get a HRM for Christmas, but in the meantime, what do you log it as?

yoga is more about flexibility and strength than cardio. i wore a heart rate moniter to yoga class and it said i burned 120 calories in one hour. that was the first and last yoga class i attended.

I wore my HRM doing it one day and was surprised that even though it seemed like I was exerting myself, my HR wasn't really elevated that much. I was surprised because Jillian can usually make an exercise horrible! I just log it as regular yoga now and figure if I'm burning more it's a bonus.

Good point. I'll leave it as is. I'm way under my calories today anyway. Thanks!
