When you put in strength training on here it doesnt change you calorie intake... why is this? surely you are burning calories while weight training?

Yes you burn calories while lifting and you also have a 48 hour afterburn.0

There is a "strength training" workout under cardio which will give you estimate calories burned. Just log it under that.0

don't count calories burned from weight training because they will be heavily inaccurate. Unless you can evenly factor in tempo, volume, range of motion, density, load etc.0

Yep! But if you insist, OP, Work = Force x Distance. :-D0 -
i log it under cardio as mentioned earlier. However i only log it as half the time i am working out to "help" with accuracy. For example if i am at the gym for an hour i will log 30 minutes of strength training.0
